Terms of Use

Effective October 14, 2026 · Updated October 19, 2026: Aether is now called Axylore

These terms cover the Axylore website: the live demos, the waitlist and "Make your own" design requests. The website is run by Morgan Minor ("Axylore", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. The Axylore desktop app isn't for sale yet; it will have its own terms, which you'll see and accept before you subscribe.

Who can use the forms

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist or send a design request.

The demos

The demos show how the Axylore interfaces look and work. Everything in them is sample data, and the assistant answers from a short scripted list — it isn't connected to an AI model or to any of your accounts. Nothing in the demos is advice of any kind.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't oblige you to buy anything, and it doesn't oblige us to launch. We describe the app we're building and its planned price and trial as accurately as we can, but features, price and timing can change before launch. If they do, we'll tell the waitlist before anything goes on sale.

Design requests

Using the site fairly

Don't misuse the site or its forms: no spam or automated submissions, no attempts to break, overload or get around its security, and no use that breaks the law or anyone's rights.

Our content and other companies' names

The site, its designs, text, code and animations belong to Axylore. You may use them to look at and try the demos, but not copy, sell or redistribute them. Names like Claude, Gmail and GitHub belong to their owners and appear here only to describe what Axylore works with. Axylore isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.

No warranties

The site, the demos and design previews are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will be available, error-free or secure.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Axylore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

These limits don't apply to liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. They don't take away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Law and disputes

New York law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be decided in the state or federal courts in New York, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protection your home state's laws give you that can't be changed by agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date and don't reach back to things that happened before.
