Privacy Policy
Effective October 18, 2026 · Updated October 19, 2026: Aether is now called Axylore
This policy covers the Axylore website: the live demos, the waitlist, the "Make your own" design requests and requests for a connection. It says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. The Axylore desktop app isn't available yet; it will come with its own privacy notice, which we'll publish before it goes on sale.
Who we are
Axylore is run by Morgan Minor, 335 E 90th St, Apt 4F, New York, NY 10128. Questions about privacy go to minormoney6@gmail.com.
What we collect
- If you join the waitlist: your email address.
- If you request a design: your email address, your name if you give it, your description, the layout you chose to start from, and up to three reference images.
- If you ask for a connection: the app or service you name, what you'd like Axylore to do with it if you tell us, and your email address if you give one.
- When you write to us: whatever you put in your email.
We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels, and we don't buy information about you from anyone.
The demos keep a few preferences on your own device — your colourway, voice, task list, focus timers and how many design and connection requests you've sent — in your browser's local storage. That information stays in your browser and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Talking to the demos. If you use the microphone, your browser's own speech recognition turns your voice into text. Browsers usually do that on their maker's servers — in Chrome and Edge, your audio goes to Google or Microsoft — under that company's privacy policy. We never receive your audio or the text. The level meter that moves the visuals stays on the page. Spoken replies use your browser's own voices. Some of them, like Microsoft Edge's "Online (Natural)" voices and Google Chrome's "Google" voices, run online: your browser sends the words being spoken to Microsoft or Google. The demos only ever say sample text.
Our website host may automatically log technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to run the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
- To email you when the Axylore app launches, plus occasional product news, if you joined the waitlist. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
- To build the design you asked for, send you a private link to try it, and talk to you about it.
- To decide which connections to build next. If you left your email with a connection request, to send you a confirmation and tell you when that connection is added, and for nothing else.
- To answer your messages, and to keep the site working and secure.
We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who handles it for us
| Service | What it does with your information |
|---|---|
| FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) | Receives what you send in the waitlist, design-request and connection-request forms, emails it to us, and emails you a confirmation (for a connection request, only if you give your email). To stop spam, FormSubmit's page may ask you to tick Google's reCAPTCHA box first, which Google's own privacy policy and terms cover. |
| Google (Gmail) | Holds those emails in our inbox, and any email you send us. |
| AI tools, such as Anthropic's Claude | We may use AI tools to help build your design. We share your request with them only for that purpose. We may also use them to build a connection people asked for, and then share only the service and what was asked of it, never your email address. |
| Our website host, Netlify | Serves the site and may keep the visit logs described above. |
Each of these follows its own privacy policy. They may process information in the United States or other countries. We'll also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a do-not-email list, so we never write to you again.
- Design requests: we delete your images and request within 90 days of sending your preview, or sooner if you ask. We keep the design we made.
- Connection requests: we delete your request once the connection is added (after telling you, if you left your email) or once we decide not to add it, and in any case within 12 months of receiving it, or sooner if you ask. Your email address is deleted with it.
- Emails with us: as long as we need them to help you, then we delete them.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe using the link in any email we send, or by replying "unsubscribe" to our confirmation email.
- See, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing minormoney6@gmail.com. We'll do it within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
Do Not Track
We don't track you across other websites, and no one else tracks you across sites through ours, so there's nothing for a browser's Do Not Track signal to turn off. We treat every visit the same way whether or not the signal is sent.
Children
This site isn't meant for children, and the waitlist and design requests are for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site and its forms use encrypted (HTTPS) connections, the accounts that hold your information use two-factor sign-in, and we keep only what we need for as long as we need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use the information you've already given us, we'll email you before it takes effect.
